Hi Folks,
I have a 11 month old BMW 320D M Sport with 8.5k miles on the clock. The leather on the drivers seat is starting to crack at the seams on the right bolster (I think thats what it called - they are sports seats)
I brought it to the attention of Joe Duffy and i got fobbed off stating that they sent pictures to BMW Ireland who claimed the damage was caused by metal clips on jeans/trousers when getting in and out of the car.
On my previous BMW, a 5 yr old with 67k miles on the clock had barely a mark on the leather. I explained this and it fell on deaf ears.
I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar problem with their leather and if they managed to get there dealer to fix it?
