Just got mail from BMI baby cancelling a return flight in September, but has us booked on a flight two days earlier, which is impossible for us, as the event we are attending is on that day!!
Just wondering if in their 'terms and conditions' does the flight cancellation compensation apply?
Has any one dealt successfully with their customer service to get a refund - seeing as they have changed their service?
I have travel insurance for one passenger only, as I was only thinking of the luggage!
