Can anyone tell me where I can get rolls of this blue towelling that you would usually see at petrol pumps

They call it "Dairy Roll" in our local cooperative store.

Also known as Garage Roll in non-agricultural settings, usually comes in 1500m. As your local garage where they get theirs, most are supplied by local wholesalers, many of whom are happy to offer cash prices to the general public. These will generally stock a range of paper towels, depending on what you need it form, may have something more suitable.
