With the current down turn in construction, I'm forever hearing of reduced tradesman prices...ie 60c a block for blocklaying etc.
I'm thinking these prices must be a myth, cos I sure haven't heard someone charging these prices.
I've walls and a garage to construct with about 3500 blocks, the rates I'm getting are ~€1.10 a block........about 10c more than the rate I got for my house over a year ago!
Anyone know of better in the Waterford area??
