The house next door to ours has what appears to be a blocked drain- there's a big puddle forming by the front door and a horrible stench. The smell has started to permeate our house. We put a letter through the front door a couple of days ago, but the house is rented out and I have no idea how to contact the landlord. This situation has been going on for over a week and I'm sure it's been affecting the people living there even longer. Who should I contact about this? Dublin City Council? Any advice on getting this sorted?
