Block versus insulated shed

looking to get an idea of cost to build a 30 ft x 16 ft block building. Versus shed same size.

Off the top of my head i'd say the build would cost 3 times what the insulated shed costs. As i've said, just off the top of the head, an ordinary shed, nothing special. Everyone else will have their say on this added on, that added on and all that stuff but i'm giving you something to work off.
