Blinds Recommendation in Carlow?

Can anyone reccomend blinds companies in Carlow and guesstimate a cost?

Approx 15 windows, 1 bay, 2 skylights

Just got leaflet in door from one company advertising 40% off. Bit dubious as have heard so many horror stories from friends and collegues (job not completed, wrong blinds fitted & problems replacing them etc etc) and have been warned to pick company wisely!

Would love if anyone could tell me of good experiences with blinds companies for a change!
