R ringledman Registered User Messages 620 5 Apr 2007 #8 To be honest Manchester's growth has been poor for about 2-3years. Maybe 5-8% per annum. Having said this I feel that Manchester has seen a slowdown before many other areas so will hopefully pick up in the coming years. Its still a lot cheaper per m2 than comparable cities in the UK.
