The waste treatment firm, formerly known as "Biotech Treatment Systems" or "Biotech" is in liquidation.

A new company "Biotech Water and Waste Treatments" has been established.

Existing customers of the old company have little or no hope of having their tanks commissioned.

I have been attempting to have my tank commissioned for the past 10 weeks.

waste water firm- warning

Hi feileacan,

Do you know how to contact the liquidator or are you still dealing with them in any way? Not sure of their current status.

Biotech Treatment Systems is no longer a trading company.

Biotech Water and Waste Treatments is not in liquidation, its a fully legit trading company.

If you have any problems or issues relating to the said Treatment Unit, if you want to contact us there is no problems and we will do our best to help.

Biotech Water and Waste Treatments would like to advise its customers that the old Biotech Treatment Systems has gone into liquidation since June 2011.

The new Biotech Water and Waste Treatments (VAT No: IE 9776308N ) has a new infrastructure with new management in place. We would like to take this opportunity to inform our customers that if you have any issues concerning commssioning or servicing, you can contact the office on ( 029 76062) or info@biotechireland.com and we are offering all our customers a free service for any inconvenience caused.

Fealeican and miner4,

I made some calls to their office and also got hold of the liquidator of the old company.

The situation is not good. A lot of customers who paid for service but never had tanks serviced.

Irish Agreement Board have said that the new company has no certification because the old one was taken from them as well as the european one.

Please keep this thread to discuss the "Biotech Treatment Systems" in liquidation and the newly established "Biotech Water and Waste Treatments".

Please do not post off topic posts about the proposed septic tank inspection charge.

Please do not refer to named individuals and companies as "rogues".

Hello Biotreet,
I called your offices and unfortunately I got the same satisfaction as last year.
Biotech treatment systems liquidator was very informative. It is the same management, same people. So no thank you and I would advise people not to buy any product that has such a high rate of failures all over the country. Plenty other companies to buy from who have a real product on offer.
