Thinking about purchasing a house in Binn Eadair View estate, any thoughts on location/the area/amenities???

Any feedback both good and bad would be greatly appreciated

The general area has much to recommend. Close to the sea, buses, DART, local shops at Sutton Cross, Howth, Portmarnock & Dollymount beaches.

I don't live in BEV, nor do I know anyone who does but the odd time I been in the estate, it projects a 'good vibe' - well maintained houses.

The coast road can get congested at the weekend, particularly on Sundays, with a steady stream of traffic heading for Howth. Sutton Cross also can be a nuisance for traffic, specifically for traffic in and out of Superquinn.

Thanks for coming back to me - I appreciate your honesty. I was somewhat aware of the traffic on Sundays as just last week we went for a drive and decided to turn back given the traffic!!!!

Going to view a house there at the weekend but just have a good feeling about the area. Its hard to know where to buy these days!!!
