Bin Tickets - Reclaim Please help

Hey guys,

My Mum lives in her own house and uses plenty of those bin tickets (€7:50 each time).

She pays some tax in then upper bracket and the rest in the lower bracket. She wants to get the tax reclaim owed but is not computer friendly and very independent so wont allow me to try to do it online for her. Does anyone know how you can reclaim this tax using a form or sending in the numbers PLEASE!! I contacted the Revenue but they said she`d have to do it herself and I asked how to do it and they said its easier to do it online.

on the revenue site it is easy, all you need is her pps number and you ut htat in and they send out the new tax credit form it's a set amount something like € 140
