Recently I changed my landline plan to something that looked more enticing. However, I have a doubt. The plan advertised clearly mentions that it includes the VAT amount and the total would come to X euros plus the usage charges(Y). But whenever I receive the bill,it is (X + Y +VAT on (X+Y)). So it is correct or is it misleading. I am not to good at maths.
