BIK / VHI - Tax refund.

My company pays our VHI. it is a good level of covers. I am married and have 2 kids.

Monthly I pay €257 BIK for this. am I entitled to claim any of this back?? if so would it be via the MED1 or some other way?

You can claim a standard rated tax credit in respect of the annual gross premiums. You do this by contacting Revenue and getting them to adjust your tax credits:
