BIK on Company Car

In the recent tread above I read that you do not have to pay BIK if there are more than 1 person insured to drive your company car. Does anyone know if this is true?

If it's a pool company car, ie differant people use if during the working day and it stays in the yard overnight, nobody is allowed to bring it home, then no BIK is payable.
