Health Insurance BIK confusion

Hi, I get paid bi-weekly and BIK line was showing 70 on each payslip for many years.

I noticed now it hiked up to 485 on that line every two weeks. Surely that can't be right?

From 70 every two weeks to 485 every two weeks?

My pay has gone down considerably every two weeks and I am taking that its becauseof this...I have a payroll ticket open with my employer but that take 4-5 working days and am worried.

My health insurance total paid by employer is 4348...it says value to me 5004.

If the BIK is €5,004 then that's €192 every fortnight so I've no idea where these figures come from:

You'll probably just have to wait for your HR/payroll department to explain.

Oh, unless it was €70 per fortnight to date, i.e. 19 x €60 = €1,330.
€5,004 - €1,330 = €3,674.
With 7 fortnights left this year €3,674 / 7 = €525 per fortnight from now?
But that's still not it.

Also sounds like very expensive health insurance. How many people covered and what policy?
