A friend of mine works in a leading car dealership. He gets the us of a brand new car on a rota basis every month or so but has the use of bees cars for his private use.

Is there a loophole in BIK LAW that allows this ?

But afaik there is a specific regime for people who work in the trade but i dont know the specifics.

Sorry typo error. They get a brand new car to drive for a month. The models change each month.

I know someone in a similar situation and they pay BIK as if it was a normal company car. The added benefit over a regular company car is that they get a brand new model every few months like you say.

Maybe this qualifies for the "car pooling" exemption?
But from what you have posted it doesn't sound like it.
