Bidx1 €125 "technology" fee

Has anyone managed to get a refund of this fee, which is levied for the pleasure of bidding?

I realise it's in their terms
 
it's not uncommon for auction houses to place a charge for online bidding although €125 seems high to me. Bid X1 make it quite clear in their T&C's that it is non-refundable. You may consider it unreasonable but unless you've got a valid reason (their website crashing during the auction for example) then why will they make an exception for yourself?.
 
I'd be very surprised if they were to acknowledge it's unreasonable in any way, indeed it would be damaging to their business to do so.

I think that they had a lot of timewasters and this was to deter them.

You knew in advance that you were paying it. If you thought it was unreasonable, then you shouldn't have paid it.
