All I know is about the outlet shopping centre which I hear is very good. I personally think they can be hit or miss depending on when you go. Thety have a great selection of shops though.
The outlets are huge and have a great range of shops. You'd also be in the cotswolds, near cheltenham and oxford. I was there for a weekend - I think there'd be plenty to do there and I think Oxford is supposed to be a great place to live - a good balance of city and country.
Oxfordshire is ok for holidays but I would not live there.I moved back upto Lancashire after living in the Cotswolds for 9 years.Houses a lot more expensive and you don't get a lot for your money.People are quite snobbish and not a friendly as us Northerners.
