I tried to book a room at newlands cross online with their website. Everything went fine until I entered name address and payment details. The next page said wait for a confirmation. No confirmation/reference number was received. I did not get a confirmation email.
I emailed them immediately and queried this. That was 10 days ago and still no reply.
Anyone have this happen to them? How should I proceed?
I had a problem like this one time but it was the browser I was using; I think it was Firefox and it had some problems with secure pages. I reverted (reluctantly) to using Internet Explorer at worked OK. If you're not sure of a booking, ring them at 01-464 0140.....
