We have an apartment in Nice for personal use and rental income.Have it on Holiday-Rentals and it is generating some income. Anyone know which of the many other holiday rental sites are good? Any advise on pitfalls or ones to avoid? Thank you in advance.

For Nice, there's various other agencies who market and do changeovers. You could try to negotiate something with them if they have people looking for a particular apt, but its rented. This can give your bookings a fairly big boost if done right.
