Best way to get from gatwick to slough

hello,

I booked my family to LEGO land and now need to get from gatwick airport to slough, looked at taxi but return cost is approximately 200 pound, two adults and 3 kids not sure what the best option is now as would prefer not to rent a car, anyone familiar with London and public transport, thanks for any help.

Heathrow is beside Slough - have you flights already booked to Gatwick?

If going into Gatwick, Download the Citymapper app. Put in starting point and final destination. It will give you all the options for your journey, Time they will take, cost involved etc. Gives options with trains, buses, tube, uber and a combination of all of these. Can vouch for its accuracy after using it on a recent trip to London and it's surrounds. Found it brilliant.

Enjoy Legoland and don't forget to visit Windsor itself - beautiful place.
