Wife is putting the pressure on to finally get my act together on this

Need to get my hands on one of these so need help with:

- where can I get a kit (includinging connection to downpipe / stand / tap etc)
- is 210L the largest that is available?
- bets place to purchase one?
- anything else I should be looking out for?

before u get off your butt to respond to "she who must be obeyed" think about how you are going to get the water out.
Is it going to be via a nice shiny tap about 4 " off the ground.

Will she provide beer and a seat while you wait for the watering can to fill, which will be progressively slower as the butt empties.
Have a look here: http://www.tanks.ie/

Thanks Ircoha but can't imagine the beer and the seat being forthcoming anytime soon!

I think some of these come with a stand - probably 12-15" and so I was hoping the tap would be far enough off the ground to get the water out....

Some pretty expensive ones on that site - might be the excuse I need o put this on the long finger again

I'll check Homebase & Woodies to see what they have,

thanks again,

Roy

Woodies it is so - thanks a million for that Gipimann!!!

actually came across a video courtesy of Aldi for these

No excuse now :-(

40 euro will get you a 210 litre waterbut kit these days.60 euro will get you a 2nd hand 1000 litre IBC tank off of Donedeal.
A builders providers down the road from me sells 210 litre kits for 35 euro if you buy 2 or more.

If you opt for an IBC tank then be carefull not to get IBC tanks that had oil or chemicals in it.
