best value ski package

Hello ,
Does anyone know a good place to buy a good value ski holiday for a family of 4 (children 8 ,11).
We are looking for somewhere the skiing is best for beginner/intermediate ,and has a good swimming pool and sauna either in the village or hotel.
Is it better to book and pay early or try last minute ?Myself and my wife went skiing in southern Germany ( obertsdorf )this year and loved it but there was no childrens ski school which will be needed next year.
If anyone can give us any tips for looking it will be really apprieciated.
