What plan is your family on with VHI?
across the board VHI are more expensive than Quinn and Hibernian/Aviva
on the most common level of cover with VHI is Plan B/B Options e.g. Semi-private accom in a Private hospital
for 2 adults and 2 kids under 18/over the age of 1
VHI 'Plan B' - €2256.02
Hibernian/Aviva 'We Plan Level 2' - €1948.80
Quinn 'Essential Plus' - €1978
there isn't alot of difference between Hibernian/Aviva and Quinn, Hibernian/Aviva do cover alot more scan centres than Quinn and they do have more extras but it can be a much of a muchness depending on what you're looking for. for the expensive price of VHI you don't get anything extra than what the other providers already have but their lifestages plans are good for people who are unfortunate to go to doctor or physio every week
there are literally tonnes of policies out there on the market, best to give quick call to each of the 3 providers to see what they can offer you and report back here, because all 3 providers will tell you that they are the best and promise you everything etc.
