Best tracker rates LTV 78% 280k

Hi,
Had an approval in principle from FA offset tracker but that seems to have gone the way of the dodo, can anyone confirm the product is withdrawn? Or has the rate followed its standard tracker to ECB+1.95%?

It best rate I can find find for a tracker is

ebs ECB+1.05%

Competitive alternates are:

AIB ECB+1.15%
ICS and Bank of Ireland ECB+1.2%

Have I missed anybody?

Will my broker be happy that I'm dropping FA? Do the others pay 1% broker commission?

Have you read many other posts about mortgage rates? Below 80% LTV - NIB have the lowest tracker rates you will gt ecb plus 0.78% for your LTV. You will have to go direct to NIB because they don't deal with brokers. Failing that the 1.05 rate from EBS will be the next best tracker currently.
