Best time to buy second hand Ride on Lawnmower

As the title suggests I'm in the market for a used ride on lawnmower. Am I better off buying now at seasons end or waiting until April 2013?
I'm looking for between 13.5-15 HP for around €1200 tops.
Just wondering when I'm most likely to get the best deal although if I buy now it will be next year before I use it.
