I have been to the venue, but can't say I remember enough of the details to be able to tell you which section would be best. As far as I remember it was a Tommy Tiernan gig, about 2/3 years ago, and seating was on a first come first served basis.
Most of the staff are very obliging. You could consider ringing the Travelers Friend front desk and asking for any/all details they may be able to give you regarding the seating. I seem to recall it was tiered seating towards the rear and rows of chairs towards the front. Very little difference in comfort (both were perfectly fine, we were towards the front for the 3 or so hours).
A large amount of work is being carried out around the area so things may have changed somewhat since my last visit.
Hopefully someone may be able to provide more details (which are a little more up to date).
