best route from Dublin to Alpbach, Austria

I am flying to Alpbach, Austria in October - does anyone know the best route? I've looked at Dublin - Munich - Innsbruck but the flights would necessitate an overnight in Munich which I'm trying to avoid. Other options would appear to have either long stop overs or two changes en route.

I would appreciate if anyone has done this route.

I think flight to Munich (Aer Lingus) and train from there is likely to be the best bet
