You will get slightly better rates than that - but not much. Depends on the amount of the loan and the LTV.
4.7 is available from Bank of Scotland on loans over 750k and LTV under 80%.
Ulster Bank and First Active are 4.75 on LTV under 80% - no loan amount conditions.
BOI and ICS also have 4.75 rates but on loans over 500k
Ulster bank has taken 4 months SO FAR to switch my RIP to them. They are so inefficient its incredible. My broker has written many letters of complaint to them.
