Best printer that uses cheap ink cartridges

Sis has just purchased new laptop and wants a scanner /printer/copier all in one, but does not want to fork out the crazy 40 euro plus each time she wants a new cartridge. Seems to be great deals on refills 5 euro/ also seen cartridge's in Aldi/Lidl for about 5 euro aswell. So what is the best one to get.

You can get those cartridges for most of the main brands.
HP Epson Lexmark etc

I think the most economical is a B&W laser all in one. I've got a few Samsung ones for people, they are about €100. Most people rarely need to print in colour. and the ink in a laser lasts for ages. Whereas inkets are cheap to buy but expensive to run.
