I am investing in an apartment in Warsaw and am currently looking for the best Mortgage rates. Looking for 80% LTV of aprox 135,000 UKL.

UKL, Wilanów.

Also what do folk feel is the best currency to mortgage in UKL, CHF, PLN, EUR for someone in the UK.

Have you been to Wilanow? It really is very far out and there will be a lot of competition when it comes to renting the property out.

I borrowed in PLN. Exchange rate is volatile.
