Best place to park around D'Olier Street in Dublin

I have to be in D'Olier Street at 2pm and will be driving from Drumcondra direction. Where is the best place I can park in the vicinity? Unsure about traffic flow/ direction etc. and can't be late!

Drive down D'Olier Street, turn left into Pearse Street, turn left on Tara St and second left onto Hawkins St. Car park 100 feet on the left opposite Mulligans Pub. €1.50 per hour. 3 minutes walk to D'Olier St

Pearse St is one way - its actually Townsend St the OP needs to turn onto....

you could get the train in from drumcondra to tara street. the 1344 would get you there for 1353 and then stroll around the corner.
