Best place to advertise a rental property

I'm looking for the best place to advertise a rental propety (3 bed - beside Sallins/Naas station. I'm looking for peoples personal experience here and how to attract good quality tennants.

Any personal experiences of placing ads which attracted good tenants?

Not really... it was luck of the draw in my case. The rent price and location will get rid of some tenants, then it's down to luck. I vetted them all and went with the personal feeling on the tenants. Got lucky this time but bad lettings can happen to anyone.

Use www.daft.ie and make sure you have several digital photos. Without fail I have always found that if you furnish a property to a very high standard, your tenants will take pride in their rented accomodation and treat it with respect. Make sure you " show off " your furnishings on the daft ad. It might be worth paying the extra for a premium ad. which will keep yours at the top all the time.
