Hi,
Can anyone reccommend a good mouse that minimises RSI, I have tried many mice (microsoft, logitech, wired, wireless, trackball etc) but they all give me pain after a while. I'm using a wrist pad and getting physio but I reckon I need something other than a mouse maybe?

thanks !

Have you tried a pen tablet (eg wacom). My wrist gets a bit tired using a mouse but I find a pen tablet helps. It takes a bit of getting used to but I use one probably 50% of the time now.

I have a mate that has suffered from this and he use's the Kensington Expert mouse and finds it good you could google it and check out the reviews.

Difficult problem to crack.

Maybe you shouldn't use a mouse at all. Learn the keyboard shortcuts and use a trackpad. What type of work are you doing? I used to get RSI from certain programs and one type of game we used to play at lunchtime in the office. So I stopped playing them, switched to different apps, and the RSI went away. I also would be particular about which mouse I use. I find a accurate mouse (usually gaming misc) much better than the average one that comes with the computer.

Thanks folks for your advice, I now use a 'Genius' tablet and pen which has totally relieved the strain...easy to use, not the most accurate but no pain
