Hi Guys,
We have decided to build our own home, a self build project. Currently we have a morgage but I think building rates will never be as cheap again and hopefully we will be able to rent or sell our current home.
My question really is around morgages, where do people see the best value for money nowadays. should I be going fixed or variable etc.
I would really apreciate your opinions
