Wrong forum Best Letting Agent in Terenure Area?

Sorry of wrong forum....

Can anyone let me know who is the best estate agent to use to LET your property in the Terenure area?

My key requirements are;
- Handle all tenant issues for me are reasonable cost
- Properly vet tenants
- charge a reasonale fee for their overall service
- pay rent promptly into my account each month


any suggestions on which ones are the best - Gunne, Maher Gleeson, Lisney, DNG, Sherry Fitz, Castle?

Properly vet tenants

Avoid any of the lawbreaking agencies that try and obtain criminal records for prospective tenants. Who knows what other sharp practices they would also engage in.
