Best interest rate saving schemes currently?

An Post have opened savings account with some okay interest rates over 3 years.

Up until recently interest rates were non existent but they're making a come back.

Aside from An Post, any recommendations?

Interest rates in savings accounts in my bank AIB are very poor also.

Those online/overseas banks, "raisin" etc., I mean, is there not increased risk with them?

Depositing that amount of money without being able to meet someone in person seems questionable?

Those links mention online banks like "wise.com" and "Raisin" bank?

Would one not feel apprehensive putting such a large amount of money into a bank that has no local customer service?
 
Permanent TSB seems to have the best interest rates for local banks at the moment?

Short term or instant access.
