Best interest only mortgage

I am nearly finished a fixed term interest only with NIB, I have seen them and the best they can offer is 1.19% above the ECB, IIB said they can do .95%, Is there better in the market,
Also please remcommend a good broker to do the running around or what other banks are worth ringing,

Halifax do interest only - margin above ECB rate depends on LTV.

Need to get house value I would say around 85%,need a favourable EA to value a litte higher, you know any

At 85% LTV, Ulster Bank will do ECB + 1.05%. I don't know any optimistic valuers...sorry.

Your original query said 85% LTV. At 80% LTV, you also have Ulster Bank at ECB + 0.85% with legals paid or Bank of Scotland at ECB + 0.85% but you pay your own legals.

Sorry I was wrong, It is Ulster Bank doing .80% above ECB with LTV 80% oe less, and they do 1.05% above for any over 80%.
