Driving on the opposite side of the road, differences in the rules of the road, e.g. roundabouts, lots of adjustments. If I drive for 5 years in France and earn a full NCB - and survive - why is that so different in terms of risk presented ?
If that were such a concern insurance rates on rentals would be a lot higher.Driving on the opposite side of the road, differences in the rules of the road, e.g. roundabouts, lots of adjustments.
Higher than what? Annualizing some of the short-term car rental insurance rates might produce some shocks. If that were such a concern insurance rates on rentals would be a lot higher.
You would expect rates to be much higher for those from countries who drive on the other side of the road, but that isn't the case.Higher than what?
Penalty points can't be applied to non-Irish licenses.Holding a non-Irish license seems to be a big risk factor still. Once I convert that the price will drop by about €200.
