Best deal for internet phone?

Looking for a phone thats good for going online with. Can anyone suggest what type of phone I should consider and some good deals for this please. I'm currently with O2. Don't need a lot of call time mostly texts. Thanks
 
If you mean smart phones (Android, iphone etc.) I think meteor have the best deal at the moment.
You need a monthly price plan that includes data. If you buy online & signup for 18 mths, you can get 200 mins, 200 text & 1GB of data for €25 a month. (Other operators start at about €40 for similar).
They don't do iphones, but something like the samsung galaxy s is €139 on that plan.
