Best Broadband in Sandymount or D4

Hi,
I have just moved to the Sandymount, Dublin 4 area.

Can anyone tell me who provides the best broadband for that area, I am more interested with speed and service than price.

I'm with NTL who are the cheapest if you do not require a phone line. Not sure who is the best including phoneline.
