For 400 you're not going to notice the difference that may arise from the Rate. You might save a little bit in commission but again we're not talking a fortune.

An OAP can be a very handy thing to have around. Between fees wiaved in Banks, and Discount Days in some Hardware/Furniture Stores you can save a pretty Penny.
I wonder why some OAP's dont go into business renting themselves to consumers and splitting the savings 50/50.
