I'm buying a house from Fingal Coco through the aff housing scheme - should I receive one of those BER certs ? Do i get it from Fingal ? Will I have to pay for them to assess the BER .

Its a new build house.

the landowner must supply it, in this case, the council.

i would think if you ask for it you will get it quickly.
