I rang 3 places and was quoted best price 300e + VAT for a 3 bed terraced.

Got a quote of 275e inc VAT from http://www.eeri.ie

Was recommended them on here ( by Liam I think).

I think you might be missing the point of this forum

It is for recommendations about services that you have used.

I have deleted posts discussin BER and links to ads in papers about them.
