Hi All,

Never claimed before but now my boss has reduced my hours to 20hrs per week. Am I entitled to any benefits.

Tried ringing my local office but they are not answering.

It depends on how many days you now work. If your 20 hours are say 5 mornings a week then you are not entitled to any benefit as you are working 5 days and therefore not available for work.
If the 20 hours are say 3 days a week and you are available for work on the other days and actively seeking work then you should be entitled to 3 days JB providing you comply with the PRSI conditions
