Is there any benefits in light of Brexit of owning a property and/or having a company formed in the UK?
My partner works in Northern Ireland and has an address there but doesn’t own the property. We are contemplating purchasing a property there in the coming months to use as a base for my partner when required and perhaps rent a room out of.
I also have a business in ROI but we purchase a lot of our stock through a company which are based in the UK
Can anyone advise of opportunities, pitfalls or problems
