Benefits for new homeowners question

Hi
I am buying my first home with my girlfriend and should be moving into it in the next few weeks (as soon as the building work is finished).
I earn €24,400 and she earns just over €18,000. our mortgage will be for €218,000 and the mortgage wil be roughly around €800-850 a month plus we also have 2 loans one with the credit union for €25,000-€526 a month and another for boi for €15,000-€300 a month both for 5 years.
Does anybody know what entitlements or tax benefits etc etc that we can take advantage of?
