T Thirsty Registered User Messages 3,755 3 Oct 2016 #5 Dont think its Revenue; if there's no grant of probate I'd be writing to Probate Office. Also if beneficiary (ies) were being so obdurate at this stage I'd fire it all over to Solicitor. DIY probate isn't appropriate here.
