Approximate value (include benefits passing by survivorship)

I have nearly completed a personal application. In the section its asks for approximate value. There are 2 x siblings beneficiaries. There is no detail about approximate value in the guide. Is approximate value of the estate or approximate value of the property ? When entering approximate value do you divide the estate/ property value by the number of beneficiaries.

But assuming that you are referring to Part 8 of the CA 24.............

What is the approximate value of the benefit, from the estate, that you are each receiving? That's the value of the estate less debts divided by two
