Hi All, I am thinking about buying (a 4 bed type J1) in Belmayne off the Malahide Road but am a little concerned about a couple of things. 1. Most of the houses have apartments above. I live in an apartment at the moment but its concrete built so the noise levels are ok. Belmayne is timber frame. Does anybody think noise levels will be high? 2. anybody know what the story is will visitors parking? 3. Any other thing I should be concerned with?
